poetry of mine

GREEN

They’re so green, His eyes; His eyes too.

So intense! Filled with smoldering heat,

For me.

My cheeks feel hot,

I’m blushing.

Shimmering with an extra innocence,

I smile shyly back at them.

They are both wearing it,

It drives me insane.

It blends in and sets with their eyes,

Creating a heavenly image.

They are my two angels,

What that makes me…I know not.

But…

We are….

Three hearts beating as one.

Thoughts

he hurt us all so very bad, and had the arrogance to assume he had a chance at forgiveness and redemption. Now my mind was in chaos; to think such arrogance existed threw me off such balance I couldn’t understand it. Anyhow, enough about that, the morning air was slightly chilled badly brisk, the lake coated in a cloud of mist. I could not help but wonder if it was just as silent below the surface just as it was above. If the creatures that dwelled beneath the surface suffered the same agonies people endured every day. Sure there was the whole predator-prey thing going on, but was it populations of different animals warring with each other about foolish things like valuables and expenses, a whole other world of conflicting emotions and unfought battles. Was there another wsoul like mine wondering the very same things? Finally the first glimpse of sunrise was in my view and I decided to return to my bed.

hey peter. ive decided to start posting some of my poetry from home. i hope you like it.

Jennifer's Final DAC

a) What changes did you make to the original images you used?

The changes that i made to one original image was to use the polygonal lasso to select part of the dresser and copy and paste it so that i could lengthen the dresser. than i used the smudge tool to blend the lines in. after that i used the move tool to put a bottle of Smirnoff vodka in and used the masking tool to get rid of the unwanted pixels.
b) What pleases you most about the technical quality of your work? Why?
what pleases me most about the technical quality of my work is that i can go beyond the boundaries of simplicity. i can create masterpieces with one tool. EG. i used the brush tool to cover my background with dark circles. i feel that it gives a sense of desperation and disarray. that my message is emphasized and really shown.

c) What displeases you most about the technical quality of your work? Why?
What displeases me most about the technical quality of my work is that it's messy, and kind of rookie-like. it's like i was doing great at first and then lost it.
d) What new techniques or skills did you learn through the completion of this activity?
new techniques or skills that i learned through the completion of this activity making images longer and stretching them out.
e) What message did you hope to convey in your collage, if any?
My message that i NEED to convey is that we need to make the world ours again. that chivalry won't die if we don't let it. and that we all beat as one heart so when one of us fails to beat the rest of us stop as well.
f) What emotional response do you hope to elicit from your audience?
i hope to have the respect and awareness.
g) What changes would you make to improve on this image? the changes that I'd make would be to fix the background style, smudge the pregnant lady's photo a bit more and consider the placement more for my images.

Digital Artist's Canvas Proposal

I am aware that I will be evaluated on the final product and on my successful presentation of my concept or theme. I am aware that Peter must approve this project idea before I continue."

Here is what I learned during my research: Respect can bring peace...but only so far. Love, trust, faith, and hope can also help it make its way.

Here are three ideas/topics that I have thought of: 1. The abuse of women, which is a serious disrespect to the aforementioned gender, and a tragedy of our world. Some men have forgotten the unsaid promise to protect women and keep the peace.
2. The disrespect of those who carry on with their dangerous habits/activities in the presence of others. Therefore endandering everyone else and their sense of earned peace.
3. The loss of inhibition and self-preservation. Showing more skin and mispresenting themselves, disturbs the peace of mind of their family and friends.

The idea I have chosen to pursue is: I have chosen to pursue all three of my topics. I chose all three because i found myself unable to restrict myself to just one problem when I know It's in my capability to do so.

i wuv u peter:)
